Shipping Policy

We offer a flat rate shipping/delivery price of R75 for nationwide courier within the borders of South Africa. Spend R350 or more and receive free shipping/delivery.

What you we ship?
All of our products are shippable/delivered unless stated. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a full address including Post Code upon checkout. If delivering to a company address then also state the company name.

When do you ship?
Products/purchases are shipped once payment is confirmed. Often times, items are dispatched the next day after your purchase.

Where do you ship to?
We currently only deliver in the Republic of South Africa. We will continue to investigate delivering elsewhere in our beautiful world as we grow and expand.

How do you ship?
We ship nationwide within South Africa using Fastway Couriers.

Rates to ship?
We ship at a flat rate of R75 per order and if you spend R350 or more, shipping/delivery is free. We will advise should there be issues with delivering to any address. (We do encourage our customers to do group buys with friends and family and share the courier cost or to reach the minimum spend in order to receive free shipping/delivery)

How to track an order that’s been shipped?
All orders will have a tracking number – we will endeavor to send this out to you separately otherwise expect your parcel within 2 to 7 days after payment. Please contact us on [email protected] should you have any queries related to your order or damaged items (also review our Refund Policy). It is rare for items to get lost or go missing as we use tracked shipping services but please also notify us on [email protected] should you suspect this to be the case.

In-store pick up option?
As we do not have a physical store as yet, in-store pickup is not available.

Delivery Times?
Delivery should be carried our between 2 to 7 days after purchase. Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak shopping seasons as well as due to COVID-19 related government restrictions. We endeavor to keep you notified should unexpected delays occur.
